Welcome to my store. Customer satisfaction is very important to me so should you have and issue with your order, please make contact ASAP. I will do my best to rectify the problem and make you happy.
Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days are shipped between Mon-Fri. A flat rate shipping fee of $13 applies within Australia. Postage costs for International orders will be quoted upon request.
Lost Or Damaged Goods
Should your item arrive damaged in transit, please email oceanstreetfurniture@gmail.com (including a photo of the damaged product) to start the refund process. Please note a photo of the damaged shipment/paint is required to have a refund issued. You will then have the option to have the damaged paint replaced or refunded.
If your item is lost in transit, please allow up to 14 days from the purchase date before contacting us via email and we will them begin the process of replacing your order.
Exchanges
We will accept exchanges of unopened, originally sealed products within 14 days of original purchase date. The customer is responsible for packing and shipping and postage costs incurred. Please ensure that the products are carefully packaged as they must be returned undamaged to receive a credit or refund. Please choose colours carefully and perhaps try a sample size first if you are unsure. Feel free to contact me for advice on colour choices
